Tanley Tibbetts was born and raised in Augusta, Maine and developed an early interest in the legal field through a fascination with crime television and the inner workings of the justice system. That early curiosity grew into a genuine passion for legal studies and client advocacy, shaping Tanley’s career path.
Tanley previously completed an internship as a private investigator with the New Hampshire Public Defender, where she gained hands-on experience in legal investigation, case analysis, and supporting defense teams in complex matters. Her experience strengthened her appreciation for critical thinking, attention to detail, and the importance of being a steady and dependable resource for both attorneys and clients.
Tanley now has an active role in supporting injured workers through their federal longshore legal process. Tanley serves as a point of contact and resource for our clients, while supporting Attorney Johnson with her cases, including claim preparation, organization of records, communication, and support, all helping to ensure claims move efficiently while keeping client needs at the forefront. Tanley is highly organized, strong-minded, and thoughtful in her approach and takes pride in being an outlet for clients during challenging times.
Outside of work, Tanley enjoys reading, playing games, doing puzzles, DOGS, spending time with family, and contributing to her local community. Tanley, deeply rooted in Maine, values service, reliability, and advocacy—qualities that carry through both professionally and personally.
